2 years ago I enrolled into a 6 month mentor/ apprentice program with recording connection and thanks to this course I was able to find work in a great recording studio here in Bismarck, North Dakota. In fact, thanks to the fantastic training I received I was able to find work at the actual studio I was training in. 12 years ago I was fortunate enough to complete a 6 month mentor/ apprentice program with recording connection and thanks to this course I was able to find work at fantastic here in Detroit. My personal mentor made sure that I was given every bit of information and technical knowledge needed to work in recording. Thanks to the stuff I learned from my mentor I was more than qualified to work in any reputable recording studio across the country. I chose to work near where I grew up as the facilities offered at this studio were some of the best available. Five years ago I completed a 6 month mentor/ apprentice program with recording connection and thanks to this course I was able to find work a superbly equipped studio here in Chicago. My personal mentor took the time to teach me everything I would need to know in order to be good enough to work in any top caliber studio around the world. He was always available to help me whenever I needed him. Even before I completed the course, my mentor took the time to take me to meet acquaintances of his. I was fortunate enough to find work with one of these associates. I have been working at his facilities for the last 6 years and I am absolutely thrilled about it. A lot of people think just because they mess around with their record decks at home it makes them proficient enough to work in a recording studio. Sorry to disappoint you but it doesn’t. You need to practice your skills hard and work alongside real professionals, studying how they work. Fortunately you can do this if you sign up with the recording connection mentor/ apprentice program. You will be tutored by a working professional like me, in a genuine recording studio, like mine. You will work hard, you will listen, and you will practice. Then hopefully you will then have earned the right to work as a sound engineer in any of the high caliber recording studios in the US. If you are exceptional I will even hire you myself. If you think that it’s a doddle, well you will be wrong. You will have to roll up your sleeves and work very hard, like the guys you will be working alongside. If you are serious and up for the challenge, then why not give them a call.
