I was born and bred in South Central LA and as you know it’s a tough area to grow up in. Gangs are everywhere and hope is hard to find. But thanks to www.recordingconnection.com its within my reach. I’m your stereotypical young African American who listens to hip hop and rap, so when I found out that recordingconnection could help me to get into the recording industry I jumped at the chance.

Thanks to Jerome, my mentor I have learned to record tracks with a more positive influence, instead of the negativity that is always being pushed down our children’s throats. I’m learning all aspects of the recording industry, from writing, thru programming to editing and marketing. I met people from Def Jam recording label last month and they were very helpful.
