2 years ago I was introduced to a young lady by the name of Kirsten. She was a student with the recording connection. For 6 months she worked alongside her mentor Jackson, myself and my recording staff. She immediately became a part of the team. She was quick to realize if she had made a mistake and tough enough to hold her ground if she felt she was right, a characteristic I like in a person. She worked hard and tirelessly, always striving to improve herself and prove herself. Well long story short, she has been working her full time for just over 18 months now and she is my right hand man or should I say woman. She has earned the teams trust and support.
