Thanks to a guy on a music forum I was able to find out about Recording Connection. He gave me the full skinny on their programs. So I contacted them and 3 weeks later I began my 6-Month program with them. Fortunately I am able to continue with my full time job. This is because the course is organized to run during my off hours and weekends. I’m aware that there are no guarantees as far as finding work, but I am willing to give it a shot. Nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say. Next week my mentor takes me to various studios to meet some of his acquaintances and business associates. I hope that it goes well.
