I'm gonna go and try to not sound preachy at all, but I must say, considering that I want to be involved with Christian music and getting to share to everyone the good news of the Lord through songs, I might be. Just a tad, I promise.
God can inspire a lot of people in so many ways, and music is one of them. There are so many ways to connect to the Lord through songs, whether you're praising Him, thanking Him, asking for forgiveness, or asking for help in your problems, a lot of these can be addressed to different songs. And you have to admit, it's easy to be inspired and be moved even by just one song.
Still, despite our greatest intentions to move and inspire people with music, we still need to learn the ins and outs of a recording studio. We still need an understanding of what goes on with making an album and getting it out there. It's not just about the songs and the inspiration, there's a lot more hard work that goes into it as well. And that is what I'm getting here, that recording connection that gives me the perfect blend of inspiration and technical know-how to be able to touch people through music. You can't ask for more than that, right?
