Did you know that radio advertising is one of the largest growing industries in the US right now? Even in this tough financial climate companies are happy to pour money into promoting their goods and services over the airwaves. Radio advertising is a lot cheaper to make that TV ads and reaches just as many or more people. This is the reason that I have decided to enroll with Radio Connection as a voice artist and commercial maker. The 6-month course promises to teach me everything there is to know about making and producing radio ads. I am really looking forward to the challenge. Wish me luck. If you feel the same why not give www.radioconnection.com a shot.

I just want to say how much I appreciate all the help and guidance I received from my mentor, Garth during my 6-month program with Recording Connection. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me not only complete my course but also in finding work. He taught me just about everything needed in order to work in a recording studio. He also helped me in the search for work, which involved introducing me to his work associates and colleagues. Because of his training and good words I was able to find work in a beautifully equipped studio close to my hometown. I am truly grateful for all the assistance I received from him. Thank you also to www.recording connection.com.

I love my life. I do the job I honestly believe I was put on this planet to do. I work alongside likeminded individuals who share my love of music, and I make something from nothing. I have earned the respect of my piers. All this is thanks to Recording Connection and their mentor/apprentice program. They taught me not just how to make music, but how to nurture it, to treat each song like the first-born child that you have waited your whole life to have. If you have as much love for music as I do I strongly suggest that you give www.recording connection.com a call or email.

I am a very busy man so I am going to tell you something that is very important. If you want to work in recording but don’t have the time or cash to throw at a 4-year college program, or you simply want to learn the craft in an actual studio rather than loads of classroom study give Recording Connection a moment of your time. They will teach you all aspects of studio work. Your mentor will take the time to teach you everything that he knows, including all those little secrets that many will only learn over a lifetime of working their craft. You will be taught on genuine studio equipment that is modern and well maintained. Your mentor will be an actual recording professional and not some crusty lecturer. If this sounds like something that may appeal to you, then give www.recordingconnection.com a call or email.

I have been working in the recording industry for over 25 years now. I have seen music trends come and go. I have also had the privilege of working with some really great recording artists over the years. About 12 years ago Recording Connection asked me if I would be interested in becoming a mentor. Initially I was reluctant, as I did not see myself as a teacher type. Jimi Petulla persuaded me to give it a shot and now I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It feels me with a sense of pride to see students I have mentored spreading their wings and making it in this business. Many have made a big impact in this industry, working alongside many well-known and respected recording artists. I can assure you that I do not take the money and run. I give each of my students my full-undivided attention. They will use equipment that I use on a daily basis. If they work with me on a track, they get full credit for their work. I hope to see many more students from www.recording connection.com very soon. Thanks to Mr. Petulla for changing my mind.

Recording has become a very competitive industry over the last few years or so. Small studios have taken over from many of the larger ones. Thanks to Recording Connection I have managed to learn the skill vital in order to be able to work in any studio, big or small. Thanks to Recording Connection I have managed to open my own studio here in Boise. I completed my course 5 years ago and began working in a local studio almost immediately. I saved up and with the help of friends and family I was able to buy a retail space and turn it into a small studio. My mentor was able to recommend me to a couple of local bands and very soon the word spread. This just shows that even after you finish the program recording connection and their mentors still look out for their students. I really would like to say a big thank you to www.recording connection.com for giving me this chance.

Thank you Recording Connection for giving me a shot in recording. I used to find it very hard to get motivated by pretty much anything. All that changed 4 months ago when I applied to go on one of their mentor/ apprentice programs. My mentor drilled into me the importance of working to a schedule and also working on your own initiative. Values that I hope will come in handy very soon. I learned that doing a job well is its own reward and that it is possible to take pride in ones work. So I would like to say thank you again www.recording connection.com.

I have just completed my 6-month program with Recording Connection and would like to say a big thank you to them and also my mentor, Geoffrey. He imparted so much help and experience that I feel like an old hand now. I learned stuff that is normally acquired over many years of working in the recording studio. He taught me just about everything I would need to know including basic electronics so that if something should go wrong with the equipment I can do my damn best to try and sort it out. This sort of thing will make me much more valuable to potential future employers. Speaking of employers, Geoffrey is accompanying me to a couple of interviews next week and promises to sell me to the studio bosses. I hope things work out. Either way, I would just like to say thank you to Geoffrey and to www.recording connection.com for helping me.

I have just left high school and am looking to find work in the recording industry. I cannot afford to go to University for 4 years. A friend from school told me about Recording Connection. He gave me a phone number and email address to contact. I did, the very next day. I spoke to a nice lady who arranged for me to visit their office. A man explained everything including the chances of finding suitable employment, the fees etc. I explained that I have a part time job, which would support me financially, and he told me that they even have a payment structure where they arrange a low interest loan. This would suit my best as I can pay from my job salary. After everything was explained to me I decided to enroll on their 6-Month program. I begin in 3 weeks and I am really looking forward to it. I’m hoping that I will find a job through my mentor or one of his business associates. Thank you www.recording connection.com for taking me on.

Thanks to a guy on a music forum I was able to find out about Recording Connection. He gave me the full skinny on their programs. So I contacted them and 3 weeks later I began my 6-Month program with them. Fortunately I am able to continue with my full time job. This is because the course is organized to run during my off hours and weekends. I’m aware that there are no guarantees as far as finding work, but I am willing to give it a shot. Nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say. Next week my mentor takes me to various studios to meet some of his acquaintances and business associates. I hope that it goes well. Either way, thank you very much www.recording connection.com for helping me.

I run a small studio just outside of Chicago. I specialize in electronic music. Two years ago I was introduced to a young man, named Errol who was looking to enroll with Recording Connection. It was my job to speak to him to gauge whether he was a suitable candidate for the program. Almost immediately I could sense that he had what it would take to be a successful recording engineer. I agreed to mentor him and guide him into the recording business. He caught on very fast and showed the abilities required to make it in my studio. Even before he finished his course I knew he was the person I wanted to help in my studio. That was a great decision on my part and I am so glad that I got him first. I have no problem recommending www.recording connection.com to my business acquaintances, especially if they are the caliber of Errol. Thank you.

Five years ago I enrolled with Recording Connection. It was the most pivotal moment in my adult life. It was the time I stopped being a boy and finally grew up. The course taught me how to be responsible, not only for myself but also for others. Because of what I learned with them I am now working as a successful music producer here in my hometown of Detroit. I work in a very successful studio, specializing in African American music and it keeps me very busy, and very satisfied. Nothing makes me prouder than knowing that I was responsible for making something out of nothing. The www.recordingconnection.com course taught me so much and I am so thankful to them.

To get the opportunity to produce something from nothing is many people’s dream, it certainly was mine. So when I got the chance to make tracks in a fully specked recording studio thanks to Recording Connection I jumped at the chance. They have a mentor / apprentice program that fits you like a glove. It allows you to learn in your spare time and also means that you can continue working your day job. My mentor took me back to basics and taught me from the ground up. I was surprised at how much I did not know. I was also surprised at how much fun this course would be, granted it was hard work and there was a lot to take in. I even get credit for the work I do, this will sure come in handy when I start job hunting. My mentor says that the credit will be worth a hundred fancy university diplomas. I have 2 interviews lined up for next week and my mentor will be coming with me for moral support. I hope things go well. Either way, I just want to say thank you to my mentor, Toby and www.recordingconnection.com helping me.

Just wanted to let you good folks know how pleased I am that I enrolled with Recording Connection on one of their tailored programs. It was designed to fit me like a glove. I was able to continue working; this was a godsend as it meant that I did not fall into debt. The materials were all top of the line, as was the facilities that I trained in. My mentor was a fully working pro with an excellent reputation. I showed me everything that I would need to learn in a studio. It was an intensive course, which means you learned fast and utilized it immediately. This is the best way to learn. Get stuck in and get your hands dirty. That’s how most of the top recording engineers learned. Very few learned studio work from inside a classroom. If this sounds like the way you want to learn, then give www.recordingconnection.com a call.

For a while I have been thinking about enrolling with Recording Connection on one of their recording programs here in New Orleans. The problem was when I decided to do a little research I found there were some negative comments on some forums I visited. Luckily I was able to get some straight answers from a very nice guy who said as long as I find a mentor who will go the extra mile for me and will introduce me to his business associates there would be no problems. He also advised me to do my own research. I am so glad I listened to him and not those naysayers. This has been the best work related thing I could ever have done. My mentor works me hard because he wants to be sure that I will be in it for the long haul. Well I am, totally. Over the last 4 months we have gone through just about everything you would need to know in order to get started as a recording engineer. His studios are state of the art. He also gives me loads of homework assignments and a list of books to read and videos to watch. Like I say it’s a lot of hard work, but it will be worth it in the end. So, my advice is don’t listen to the unfounded negative remarks about recording schools, do your own research and make up your own mind. Then give www.recordingconnection.com a call. It could well be the best decision you will ever make.

5 years ago I was fortunate enough to enroll into one of one of Recording Connection’s legendary recording programs here in San Francisco. This 6-month course changed my entire life. It not only taught me the skills I would need in order to work as a sound engineer, it also gave me the discipline and work ethics required to be a valued member of a recording crew. I was able to conduct my course close to where I lived and worked. This was crucial as I depended on my job to survive. I was able to learn in my free time and at weekends so it did not conflict with my job. Well I completed my course and was able to give up my day job and find work as a recording engineer about 20 miles from my home. This is perfect for me.

Hopefully I will do as well as Matt. The course is fantastic and well worth doing. Thank you www.recordingconnection.com.

I just want to make it 100% clear that the training I received through Recording Connection worked for me. I was trained by a guy who actually works full time in a real recording studio, not by some college professor with corduroy elbow patches on his tweed sports jacket along. He had a great deal of time for me and also lots of patience. I made numerous mistakes but he was always jovial, never lost his temper or put me down. This meant a lot to me as I was never much of a scholar at school. He put me at ease and taught me in such a way that it was a genuine pleasure to work with him. I got on with him so well that at the end of my program he actually took me on as his assistant and I have been working alongside him now for the last 9 months. I want to thank Johnny and also www.recordingconnection.com.

Thank you so much for helping me break into recording. I’m hallway through my 6-month program and am having a ball. It’s not all smooth sailing mind you. There is a lot to take in, fortunately my mentor has taken the time to go through everything with me and ensured that I take notes and ask questions. He is also testing me regularly to make certain that I take in the information he passes along. He has already begun to introduce me to several business associates of his. I hope that one of these meetings will pan out for me, as I truly love this business. Thank you www.recordingconnection.com.

I had a couple of minutes spare so I thought I would say a quick thank you to recording connection for all the help they gave me during my 6 Month mentor/ apprentice program. These guys really went out of their way to help me, even after I completed the course. They helped with resumes and provided contacts for me to meet with. Luckily one such contact proved to be invaluable, and has provided me with a position at a great studio not far from my hometown of Lewis, Idaho. I am proud to have enrolled with www.recordingconnection.com.

My son has recently enrolled in a training course with recording connection and I have seen a huge improvement in his behavior and attitude. He has matured considerably and seems much more willing to take responsibility for his actions. He has a real business head on his shoulders nowadays which is great to see. He genuinely enjoys the program he is on. He has always had a deep love for music and now he has the opportunity to be able to make a decent living from it. He knows there is a long way to go until he will be qualified enough to work in a major recording studio, but with determination and the help of recording connection I truly believe he will make it. I am just so proud of his achievements and so pleased that he decided to sign up with www.recordingconnection.com.

Last Summer I was fortunate enough to be able to enroll in one of recording connection’s mentor/apprentice programs near my home in Chicago. It was a very intensive program where I was shown everything connected with recording engineering. My personal mentor went through just about everything I would need to know in order to make it as a recording engineer. Working in a genuine recording studio was a hell of a lot better than being in a stuffy classroom. I worked alongside real working professionals that were more than happy to guide me. I learned more in 6 moths than I would have learned in 2 years at a community college. Plus the gear I worked on was up to date and working. Cant say better than that. Thank you again www.recordingconnection.com.

I was fortunate enough to complete a mentor/apprentice program with recording connection 6 years ago. That has to be the best decision I ever made and I have never looked back. I was instructed in all aspects of music recording by a real working professional and not some washed up has been working as a lecturer. He taught me everything I would need to make myself a useful member of a recording studio team. He also showed me those little things that they do not show in a college course such as how to sell oneself to a prospective employer. This certainly worked as for the last 5 and half years I have been working full time at a really great studio. A studio that is known to be extremely picky when it comes to hiring staff. The confidence I learned during the training made all the difference. Thank you www.recordingconnection.com.

I have been in charge of a small recording studio here in Atlanta, Georgia for the last 12 years. In that time I have seen engineers come and go, however 2 years ago I took on a young man named Tyrone as part of a mentor/ apprentice program being run by recording connection. When he arrived he was wet behind the ears but willing to learn. He worked his butt off, he listened, he took notes and he asked a lot of questions. He worked well alongside my small team of full time engineers. When he completed his course I was so pleased with hid progress that I took him on as a permanent member of my crew. This was an excellent decision on my part. If like me you run a small studio and have the time to train up a willing individual within your studio, do what I did and contact www.recordingconnection.com, it may well be the best idea you’ve ever had.

A lot of people think just because they mess around with their record decks at home it makes them proficient enough to work in a recording studio. Sorry to disappoint you but it doesn’t. You need to practice your skills hard and work alongside real professionals, studying how they work. Fortunately you can do this if you sign up with the recording connection mentor/ apprentice program. You will be tutored by a working professional like me, in a genuine recording studio, like mine. You will work hard, you will listen, and you will practice. Then hopefully you will then have earned the right to work as a sound engineer in any of the high caliber recording studios in the US. If you are exceptional I will even hire you myself. If you think that it’s a doddle, well you will be wrong. You will have to roll up your sleeves and work very hard, like the guys you will be working alongside. If you are serious and up for the challenge, then why not give them a call. Or visit their website www.recordingconnection.com.

Thanks to Recording Connection I am now working in one of the most fantastic recording studios in Los Angeles. Thanks to all the knowledge I acquired I was more than well enough equipped to find lucrative work within the recording industry. My mentor gave me my instruction in manageable bite sized pieces that made it easier to absorb. The course length of six months was ideal, especially when you are training in an actual recording studio. This is a lean by doing business and what better way to learn than in a real studio. Thank you www.recordingconnection.com for giving me the qualifications to work in the fantastic studio I love.

Are you hungry to succeed? Are you willing to learn new things? Are you looking for a career change? If so why don’t you do what I did and give Recording Connection a call. From the very start I was warned that the program would be intense, I was also promised that it would be fun and worthwhile. Both have proven to be true. I never really know what I will learn next as we cover a wide range of subjects connected with recording. From how to mix to management and promotion. There is never a dull moment and I have to say that I have been very impressed by my mentor; he really knows his stuff and is so willing to pass on all his vast knowledge. This is much better for me than a 4 year community college course in some stuffy classroom. I love working on genuine and up to date equipment, alongside real pros. If you are like minded, why don’t you give www.recordingconnection.com 10 minutes of your time, you won’t regret it, believe me.

I run a very successful studio here in Boulder, Colorado. Over the last 5 years or so I have been mentoring students on behalf of Recording Connection, and I have to say that I have been very impressed by how their apprentices have conducted themselves. Initially I was somewhat wary about having untrained individuals running around in my precious studio, but since the first student arrived and really showed me just how eager to learn and how professionally he behave I have been very happy to accept them. Due to a strict screening process only students that are 100% committed to learn will step foot through my doors. They will study hard, listen intently and ask lots of questions. So far, all the students introduced to me from RC have indeed fulfilled these criteria. I am passionate about recording and If the student is like minded he or she is most welcome here. Actually I have personally managed to find employment for all my interns, either at my facilities or at business associates studios. I have no problem recommending www.recordingconnection.com to my business colleagues.

A friend of mine suggested I give recording connection a call as I was very much interested in the recording business. However I was very skeptical about this kind of course, as I assumed you would need at least 2 years to learn the basics of recording. Despite my reluctance I went to meet with someone from recording connection and after they explained everything to me my mind was put at ease. They explained that I would need to be willing to work hard and listened without hesitation. I would also be tested regularly and evaluated by my personal mentor. He also explained that if I work hard and do well, there is always the chance of being hired by the very studio I would be interning in. That was 2 months ago and I have to say the folks were totally on the ball. It has been hard and I have had a lot to take in, but it has also been a lot of fun working on professional equipment alongside real artists. Do yourself a big favor, meet up with these guys, but go with an open mind and you will also discover the delights that lay in store for you thanks to www.recordingconnection.com.

Not that it took much convincing once the program curriculum and other details were explained to me. Not only did they explain the course to me, they also went through the various payment options available to me. Fortunately they have their own in house credit with easy payments which means that I can pay as I learn. The fact that I can continue working whilst I learn is a god send. My friend has just started working at a large studio near Wichita and hopefully once I complete my course I can work there too. I would again just like to say thanks again to www.recordingconnection.com.

Just thought I would say thank you to recording connection for helping me to break into the music business. Their courses are tailored to fit the individual student. Their lesson plans utilize Pro Tools, which is seen as the best way to acquire knowledge of recording. I successfully completed my course in 2007 and have been working prolifically ever since. My mentor taught me just about everything I would need to make myself useful in a busy recording studio. In fact he was so good that the studio I was working at took me on themselves after I finished my course. So I just want to say thank you again to www.recordingconnection.com for making it happen.

This is just a quick thank you to recording connection for helping me to get into the studio of my dreams. The program taught me everything I would need to know about recording music, nothing was left out. Thankfully most of the learning was done in an actual recording studio, with very little classroom study. This was perfect for me as classroom study was not my strong point. I completed my recording connection program about a year ago and I am so glad I decided to do it. It is easily THE best decision I have ever made. I am so glad that they had no problems teaching a female. My mentor told me all he was concerned about was my ability to perform my tasks and not what gender I was. This was so refreshing to hear. Immediately he had me apprenticing at a local recording studio here in Vancouver. It was a relief to find that they operate here in Canada as well as the USA. The studio was of the highest caliber, and for the last year I have been working here on a permanent basis. It is busy, hectic but also a lot of fun. Thank you again www.recordingconnection.com.

The studio was of the highest caliber, and for the last year I have been working here on a permanent basis. It is busy, hectic but also a lot of fun. Thank you again www.recordingconnection.com.

Ever since I left school I had worked retail. It was fairly secure but not very fulfilling. I had been growing increasingly disillusioned with the work and routine. When a friend suggested that I change my lifestyle and look to new horizons I leapt at the chance. I had always been interested in music. My friends and I would mess around in his small home studio that was in his basement. My friend Simon suggested that I give recording connection a call and see what my options were. The moment I looked around a real studio I was hooked. Four months have passed and I am half way through my course and have no regrets. I have learned so much and I know I have a lot more to learn. Working within a real studio makes all the difference. Thanks to the flexibility I have been able to keep my day job and study in my free time, which suits me fine. If like me you are looking for a change of direction and love music get in touch with www.recordingconnection.com and see if they can help you.

I am about half way through my recording connection program and I am so glad I finally decided to do it. I was a little hesitant about enrolling, but after meeting with their recruiting team and my prospective mentor I was much more at ease. Sure, you could just try your luck by going from studio to studio looking for work. But who is going to hire an unknown, especially in today’s poor economic situation. Studios will only hire a sure thing, as they will be investing a lot in that individual. Training within a genuine studio will give you all the hands on knowledge needed to impress future employers. Nobody cares about diplomas; they want actual firsthand knowledge. This is only possible with www.recordingconnection.com’s connections and extensive experience within the recording industry.

I am about to commence my mentor/ apprentice program with recording connection. I have to say; so far I’m really impressed with how I have been treated. From my initial interview to my meeting with my mentor everyone has been really helpful. Explaining everything about my course, payment structure and my options once I complete my course. My mentor has gone through everything that is expected of me and everything I should expect from him in return. They explained about procedures at the studio I will be training in. My mentor is taking me to the studio tomorrow morning. I am really looking forward to that. He says it is one of the best equipped studios in the state. He made it clear that I will be expected to listen to everything he says and to not be afraid to ask questions, even if they seem trivial. That really put me at ease. He also said that if I do really well there is always the chance of being hired directly by the studio, how’s that for motivation? I am so looking forward to beginning my program. Thanks a lot www.recordingconnection.com .

I am currently half way through my mentor/ apprentice program at recording connection. I have to say, I’m really impressed with the whole thing. From my mentor and studio to how they even have their own in house credit with easy payment options. The course is not easy but it is fun, the equipment I am working with is totally up to date and the guys I work with are utter professionals. They really look out for me, giving me tons of useful information and advice. If you are serious about working in this business, do yourself a big favor and check out www.recordingconnection.com I guarantee you won’t regret it. Thanks again.

I am currently at high school here in Nashville. As a graduation present, my parents are enrolling me into the mentor/ apprentice program at recording connection. I must say, I’m really looking forward to going on this course as I have always been deeply interested in music recording and being a Tennessee native music is in my blood. The great thing is that the course is tailored to fit into my lifestyle and time, which means I can still meet up with my friends. There are no difficult exams and it is more hands on than class room study. I am so stoked about going on this course, I hope that I do really well because I would really like to break into this business. Thank you Ma and Pa and thank you www.recordingconnection.com .

The very best thing I could ever have done was enrolling in the recording connection program. I have been apprenticing at a really great studio close to where I live so there is very little travel involved. This is great because it means I can be there any spare time I have and most weekends. The studio boss has been great, showing me everything and giving me loads of great tidbits of information. He also shows me what not to do. The whole program is very much hands on. I do some classroom study obviously; however, the course concentrates on the more practical side of the recording business. This is perfect for me as my mentor says that studios are more concerned about what you can actually do in the studio rather than where you got your diploma. This is perfect for me. I just want to say thanks again www.recordingconnection.com .

I am very critical, always have been. I am also a little OCD when it comes to recordings. When I hear a recording I can see where maybe I would have gone a different route. Thanks to recording connection, and their mentor- apprentice program I can put this perfection into practice. Luckily, my mentor, Tyrone is as fanatical about perfection as me so it is very easy to work with him. He has taught me so much and has also introduced me to many of his work colleagues and acquaintances. Tyrone has even told me that once I complete my program I can work with him. This is perfect for me. I just want to say thanks again www.recordingconnection.com .
